I got shot 5 times 2006 age 19. 2 to tge left thigh, one in the right lung, one in the right collarbone, and one to the throat. I still haven't mentally or emotionally recovered from it. They say talking about it helps you heal but I think it makes it worse when you're behind closed doors that's when that anxiety kicks in.
