अनियमित पीरियड्स में प्रेगनेंसी को कैसे पाए या गर्भवती कैसे हो इसके बारे में डॉ. सुप्रिया पुराणिक इस वीडियो में आपको जानकारी देते हे | डॉ सुप्रिया इसमें बताती हे की अनियमित पीरियड्स में प्रेगनेंसी पाने के लिए क्या क्या करना जरुरी हे जैसे हार्मोनल टेस्ट , थाइरोइड , ब्लड शुगर टेस्ट , इ. | पीरियड जब नार्मल नहीं होते तब पिछले ६ महीने की पीरियड की जानकारी लेना जरुरी होता है, और उसमे से सबसे छोटा पीरियड साइकिल और सबसे लम्बा पीरियड साइकिल के दिन लेने है | उन दिनों में से १४ दिन कम करना है ( एक्साम्प्ले - ३५-१४=२१ दिन / ४५-१४=३१ दिन ) |

Ma'am if someone had the irregular period cycle right from the beginning (28-40 45 days), most common being 35-40 days and being 32 years old now. Is this worrying? Keeping in mind the person has been underweight but healthy in terms of activeness or any sort of illness.

Madam my periods were always regular and lasted for 4 days but now after my marriage my periods lasts for 2 days only but my periods are still regular, it still comes on same time as always but the only thing is it lasts for 2 days now and flow is good as well.
