You are just hooked up via P2P, go to settings, then Wifi configuration, find your router put in the password, now you will be able to see all over the world
What if I didn’t get a QR code sticker at the bottom of my clock
Scanned the QR code on the device and got "invalid ID"
Tried connecting the device to the phone by removing the TUT part and it connected but reports the device offline.
This is a none functional piece of crap with slow/poorly written software and I'm reporting it to Amazon.

I can't find the camera in my wifi, and it just says offline
I only see the camera on the app if I am on my home wi fi but when I am on my phone internet , it stopped working and it says logging in; what should i do to be able to watch live feed when using other net work than my home wi fi

I take a video from the video option and even pictures while recording the video but when I go to the sd files no video or pictures are saved.

@@jimsteele4489 and @krhystlecrayton9381 the on off is different on every device. It is really small on some devices, do you have a picture of your devices?

How do you access an older video and turn on the IR or is the infrared not applicable on older captures?

Hi thank you for this, I've managed to link it up to my WiFi at home. However there is an option to link it to my mobile so it can work whist I wear it out, how on earth do you link it to mobile data to wear outside. I'm I have to be in using my WiFi, the moment I leave it disconnects and wo t pair with my mobile data, frustrating, HELP. 😣

you can record to a micro sd card without using the app.
I connect to the camera by wifi but it never gives me the option to click on done. It keeps wanting me to go back to the wifi settings. It's like it's stuck on that step and won't continue the setup process. How do I fix this?

Usually if the video doesn't just pop up from the TF card then you need to download a new video player that has the right codec. VLC Player is free and pretty light to use. Your videos are recorded in AVI format, so if I was doing a search I would put "VLC player AVI file" download, then plug in your card to your computer and your video will be plug n play

App keep on crashing. Camera sometimes online but can't see the video then app crash. Only when reboot camera, first time connect than can see the video but also watch for few seconds then app crash. Use other phone to test same issue. Worst app.

See if there is a reset buton on the camera.

you need internet at the place where your camera is at if you want to live view, if there is no internet then you will need a 2nd burner phone with hotspot service

It doesn’t show in color only back and White can’t see the hole room only half of the room why is that.
Move the camera a bit far then You would be able to see the whole room. For black n white and colour, there is an option in setting. Turn off IR
In other apps you can control when to record in the SD CARD. Is that possible with this. Currently if i have configured time video for 5 minutes, IF i record foor more than 5 minutes it's ok, the first video is on SDCARD, but in case I want to finish in minute 8, the second video file is 0KB. Why? How could I stop the recording on SD card at my request? Thanks in advance.
Usually the last video is blank if you unplugged the device without saving the video by pushing an off button.
