I think you picked one of the best engines for bang for buck. You will however not be able to hear the killer sound of the L28 on headers anymore. It's one of many reasons why a lot of people swap out modern engines for the L28 ! It's one of the best sounding engines out there!
@@windows_down_ Really like the way you do your videos and the content is very helpful. I am doing my own '77 280z but want to use the L28. Just upgrade the EFI and ECU with a microsquirt and wasted spark. Stay NA for sure.
thank God you didnt go LS.. im a GM guy but i really dont like them in a Z car. (I KNOW IT IS COOL, but weight distribution ????) all i know is at least a 200HP 4 or 6 cylinder if you are going to swap... I like your choice and I will be watching
@@windows_down_ a car that over steers is complete shit... with the short wheel base dont even get me started... i should be getting mine started this week.. i bought round top carbs and flat tops.. dont sell that engine too quick... i would hold on to it until you get the swap done at least..
@@windows_down_ frick a do nut/ burn out machine.. that is trash... a track car is SO much better.. or at least track inspired.. after i bought my ZL1 1LE.. fuck burnouts and do nuts.. i should have the wheels and tires figured out for my widebody Z by the end of the week
