so I never used fvd++ but do you have the possibility to use the depump-tool? for the second problem .. the only possible solution is to lower the next hill :/
Filipe Augusto Daniel there is something called "no lateral g-force" if it is not smooth after that .. you may should go to "coaster properties" and do a heartline y-offset from 1 to 2 meters if it's still not smooth .. I promise you did use to many vertices close to each other .. delete a view (every second one) .. depump .. than take a look .. still unsmooth .. repeat .. than slowly add vertices and depump .. and repeat .. till the track doesn't change anymore .. at the end .. use the "no lateral GeForce " again ewola! :)

I thought depump tool only worked for vertices, not for roll points.

Filipe Augusto Daniel also if you want to "cheat" a bit you could try to reduce the friction a bit in the properties
