Sakuras j-idol life was just entertainment. Idol in general includes all entertainment aspects. Not very artistry level like western musicians. I don't think there's any training in a group with 300 members lol. Izone was the same, they debuted after the survival and she barely has that many lines. She's just very entertaining in that aspect. Though her old clips of her singing when she was a kid sounded fine, I believe she had some vocal damage after. Most probably only received proper training in hybe, but she needs to work on that very hard.

I like Illit's songs, the beautiful singers work well. The work they did on the “What is love” cover was excellent, better than the original; the participation with singer YJP was great. On a football team, sometimes the athlete is forced to play in a position that is unfavorable to their best performance. Illit singers are forced to sing according to external definition, not as they could sing. There are songs that favor the singer, others that don't. Illit is teamwork, they are doing well. I saw on television the singer Pavaroti who was also out of tune due to too many shows.
I think people are talking about her tone and style because this tone and style does go with YG Entertainment. If you follow YG Artists from 1st or 2nd gen to 5th gen, then you should know the style and tone they have. Also, she trained under YG for 6 years, so it's just about that lol
