GCNW: Checking on Archived Caches

A local geocacher contacted me months ago to let me know that he couldn't maintain his caches and would archive those that had gone missing or had maintenance issues. Reading through logs, I believed two were still in the field.
Did I find them? Did I pick them up? Come join me if you have just over three minutes and it sounds like fun to you.

I have found archived caches before, collected them and used them for my own cache hides (Recycled Cache Series). :)
It's cool you are using the actual hiding spots as well. Makes it easy to create a new hide. :)

He gave me the heads up that he was going to archive caches months ago. Then I got distracted with my backroom role at GeoWoodstock XX and planning to travel Route 66. It's good to be back to normal. I got out of the habit of making and watching videos. More GCNW, less Facebook will be my mantra.

My 20th year anniversary will be in November. I am having more fun with the activity now than any time before. I suspect that I'll be doing it for many more years.
