As someone who has been running a pc on superwidescreen for the last 15 years in Nvidia Surround mode, not all games support 32:9 aspect ratio, you need to download widescreen fixer app to make everything work in alot of games. Some games flat out wont work with flawless widescreen fixer. For example starfield on release didnt support 32:9 aspect ratio so I had to run flawless wide screen to fix the aspect ratio so new images were created rather than stretched. anyways us widescreen gamers have been battling these issues, you should have tested that monitor on actual games that support the 32:9 aspect ratios and gave it a fair chance. lol
