Good afternoon Misters. My indignation was aroused by service, already when landing to the liner. Big turns, inaction of personnel. Instead of the beginning of rest, got on long standing to waiting list for registration, some nonsense)) the Beginning of a cruise, not really causes good impressions. People nearly fought, because of incompetence of personnel. It is not sure that someone reads it from top managers or owners, will turn there can be an attention. Next time, I will think 1000 times whether it is worth contacting this company!!!!!!
