Some of it was really scuffed because people were supposed to be infected earlier on but weren't getting the "signs" of it. The system wide event started when Gunner got crazy in the Crypt but he had the ability to infect prior to it starting. Also, Mr K was supposed to be able to control the Zombies as the dragon BUT nobody knew that and he was even confused throughout the whole stream. April should've been infected by Gunner. Francis was one of the first to throw up by eating the pill K gave him. Rae ate the pill BUT her game scuffed and she couldn't get infected. I actually think April did infect the people in the car but only because an admin was probably watching and forced the infection. That's what happened with Yuno during a similar event. But when Randy threw up on April, there was a lung "pin" or app that popped up for a short time and I think that's when she was truly infected. It was really rough watching some POV's because of the lack of explanation and the scuff. I wish there was more of an explanation because the only people who really got the assignment was on Buddha/Ramee's side. K was still very much in the dark and it was hard seeing his stream as him and Chang Gang worked up to the moment for a year. Buddha and Ray looked like they had a ton of fun, Ramee looked like he missed his boys and K and Saabb were frustrated with the lack of explanation as they were both basically given this role based on the dark time lord arc and then basically abandoned and I feel like Garrett was trying REALLY HARD to keep the dark side arc working and fun but it was just too much chaos.
Wish they could've or will do a whole apocalypse arc around the city. Like for a week or whatnot since everyone might get tired of it. There can be supply runs and all those shit since there are plenty of gangs in the city. The whole chaos during the state of emergency is so cool and scary honestly. I just hope they will either make locals or volunteer players to play as zombies. April's POV drags out for so long cause they don't have much of an objective and there is a bunch of them. I watched Ray Mond's POV and it's very different.
Leslie was actually right, lol the dark side was supposed to become the zombies or w.e but no one really understood anything tbh other than the light side. It was still a cool event though, just needed to be explained better.
I keep cracking up whenever she will play the background music. Even when taco and ray's talking she stayed behind them just so they can have a background music 😂😂
Leslie makes everything entertaining but I'm not sure why the CG/dark side guys infected people right at the start. Just seems to take away cool survivor's content from so many people.
