- Here's my rave over my first LV love and the best tote bag out there, in my humble opinion. It's heads above the Neverfull, and I don't know why Louis Vuitton stopped producing it.

Yeah, it's sad how prices have jumped, even in the second-hand market.
I felt the same way about LOUIS Vuitton monogram for so long!! But I suddenly fell hard for it last year! Monogram looks amazing with EVERYTHING! Thanks for sharing.

I use mine for work, and I love it! I had one repair done on one of the handles, but otherwise it’s been great.
Glad to hear it! I'm mulling over the idea of dyeing the handles on mine black... I've had luck doing it with a few other items.

I don't like the Neverful either!!! The totally MM and GM are much better!
Yeah! Plus the Neverful is ubiquitous. And it just looks like a beach bag!
Thanks for the great review! I’m gonna get this in Damier Azur (yes it comes in other colours/designs in GM size too!) after a failed attempt at Neverfull MM in the Monogram. I think I might prefer a younger-looking colour that’s more subtle. Hopefully it works as a work tote as well as a travel tote! :)
It comes (came) in damier azure in the GM?? I always thought that the GM size was limited to monogram! Yes, it works fine as a daily tote. :) I am planning to dye the vachette on mine soon, FYI.
BAGHAG DIGEST yes it does and I just got mine delivered to my doorstep today! It looks absolutely gorgeous and much more functional compared to my old Neverfull! And the GM size is just nice to throw everything inside for daily use, and the zip closure is just perfect to prevent spillage of items on board the plane or at work. ☺️
What I’ve heard is you can spray normal leather nano waterproofing sprays to prevent darkening of the piping and handles- but my current one (pre-loved) has already become like a honey brown throughout and doesn’t look to bad to me (as it has patina evenly) so nothing will be done to mine! Now next I have my eyes on a Montorgueil PM for light daily use (when I’m not tugging along a laptop or A4 documents!) :)

I just search for the bag name. There are soooo many sellers and at any given time, one will have a great deal. I usually shop through Mercari iJapan, though.

@@gmainesikat I'm a Canuck, too! :) Not sure how good the international version of Rakuten is - never used it! (no, not the same offerings I think...) Generally speaking, though, Japanese sellers are fair and transparent and cases of fraud are way lower than other places.
BAGHAG DIGEST Oh wow!! Well hello there! 😆 Okay I will try to look online. When buying bags, what is the most acceptable ranking for you when deciding whether to buy the bag or not? Like in fair condition? Good?
@@gmainesikat In Japan it goes on the NA A B C D scale, sometimes with plusses or minuses. Unless I am buying as a project bag, I generally won't go below "B" which is probably equal to very good condition. NA means like new. When you buy outside of Rakuten, however, the rating is decided by the seller. I have purchased "C" ranked bags that I think are "A" and visa versa!
