- Shikamaru vs Temari happens during the chunin exam . Ino tells shikamaru that temari has arrived in the village and asks him to welcome her to the leaf village meeting . Temari is injured and shikamaru offers to carry her . This is part of the naruto shippuden ultimate ninja storm 4 game with the road to boruto expansion based on the anime .
Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 is the sixth and final installment of the Ultimate Ninja Storm series . The plot of Naruto Shippuden is played via a series of linear segments that branch off into separate stories, allowing the player to go back and replay certain events in later stages.
The story begins where Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst and Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution left off, in the middle of the Fourth Shinobi World War fought by the Allied Shinobi Forces from the ninja villages against the mysterious Tobi and the legendary shinobi Madara Uchiha. Naruto destroys Tobi’s mask, and he is revealed to be Obito Uchiha, Kakashi Hatake's former teammate who was thought to have been killed in the last war. Obito reveals his actions stem from rage at Kakashi for letting Rin die. Madara joins the fight with Obito as Naruto (in his Kurama mode) and Killer Bee (in his Eight-Tails form) attempt to destroy the Gedo Statue, with Tailed Beast Balls. Their attacks are proven futile, as the statue resurrects itself into the gargantuan demon Ten Tails.

@@AussieLuvah In the shippuden maybe, but in the old Naruto, Temari was total badass, Hinata was shy, but she also had some abilities(as showed in Chunin exam arc), but Sakura was just crybaby(Shikamaru also said, that she has no special abilities nor powers... And even she admitted, that she was just a weakling, who always depended on the others) Only reason she was appointed to find Sasuke during the invasion of hidden sand, was that she was his teammate, just like Naruto. She was a weakest link of their team, if not of all the Konoha genins(At least among Team Kurenai, Team Asuma, Team Kakashi and team Gai).
Only thing she ever did in original Naruto was during the forest of death, when she tried to defend and wake up Naruto and Sasuke... But that was her sole moment, and even then Rock Lee and Sasuke needed to rescue her, or else, she would be dead.
Btw. I am not counting filler episodes just a regular manga-based. In filler episodes, she was portrayed a little better, thats true, but it is still a non-canon.
