In this video we review the Herschel Heritage Backpack. This backpack features a beautiful classic looking design. It comes in a ton of fun different colours and feels durable and well-made.
Another nice thing about Herschel backpacks is the attention to detail in things like matching straps, elastics to stow excess straps, and the signature white and red stripped interior lining (which makes it easier to locate things inside the bag)
The one downside of this backpack is the lack of pockets and organization. There is no exterior (or even interior) water bottle pockets. The media separator on the inside has no padding for a laptop.

So I got locked out of my old account (OOPS!) and I spotted this old comment of mine. Here to say that over two years later, my Herschel Heritage backpack is still going strong!
My favorite part about this backpack is the strap holders. Honestly wish more bags had this feature so that they don't get caught on anything and dangle everywhere. It's a really nice simple looking bag for sure.
I ended up purchasing this bag too lol no surprise there because there were lots of things I liked about this bag so it was worth the high price tag.
Don't buy guys trust me in this one. The leather is absolute garbage, it wears off very easily.
I bought the black crosshatch style of this bag and it doesn’t have the faux leather bottom. It’s worth buying that one because it won’t ware as easily, trust.
I’ve had this bag since my softmore year of highschool and now I’m about to graduate from university… it holds up amazingly
Pros it has a herschel tag visible for all to see so everyone knows what bag I have. Cons : None (but if i were to say them out loud and be truly honest then the lack of pockets and storage compartments that should be expected on a $100+ backpack ). Be a smart consumer , just get a Jansport or something similar, less expensive, built just as well if not better and has all the proper storage you would expect from a backpack in 2019/2020.
Trust me when I say this .....nobody cares you have a Herschel bag outside of the hipster community.
These bags are smaller than jansport and have better padding in the straps. The only option jansport has is the pint backpack and that thing can only carry a small notebook. Also they have extremely thin straps.

julia hashem, zippers are cheap and annoying. I have recently purchased it and will be returning it for a different Herschel bag. If they fixed the zippers it’s perfect, but spending 2 minutes trying to getting it zipped up is ridiculous, not to mention it hurts your fingers if you spend too long trying.
@@ethan-sf3bj Pretty sure thats a design decision to limit pickpockets. They also loosen over time. 5 year old pop quiz I have zippers feel like jansport smooth now.
Khanstipated, mine well and truly may be faulty but in that case then a lot of people are being shipped faulty bags.

its been 2 years that leather is a bit fading and clolor is also a bit dimmer but still strong
