Sir, is it true that you don't have to pay the subscription fee if you register after 5th May ( or when you are not eligible for 2 quarter exams)?

Hey so i made an acca ac like 1 month ago i got the registration no as well but i didnt log in for a month then i wanted to give exam but it wasnt working then i checked that i only got the registration email and not the confirmation or activation mail and its been stuck there for a whole month but i have already done the payment and i have got the message from bank as well that payment was made my ac is also made but i didnt get confirmation mail plzzzz help me i cant find anything to solve this issue. i dont want to make another acca account
