Honestly, recently it's no longer the one with the most vote that wins, but one who can buy the system, and it's worrisome how LP would secure its win.
LP won Abia because inec mistakenly assigned a righteous person there. But in Edo, the chances are slim because of the already known compromised rec.
However, if LP/the people will win, then they must hold inec/the rec to a standstill as the Adamawa people did. Otherwise, no hope.

Akpata will not win a single local government area in the election. At least he tried; he was a candidate in an election. The battle is between PDP/Edo voters versus APC/federal might. Asue will win it against APC rigging machines.
The thing with most people who aren't from Edo is that they are looking at the 2023 election in Edo; that was clearly a defined voting pattern of the Edo people. If you understand Edo voting history, you know it isn't about a party but about the person; that's the Edo pattern of voting. LP got it in 2023 because Edos weren't happy with PDP giving a northerner the ticket; that was the privilege Obi enjoyed because Tinubu wasn't an option. Today, Asue is the person of interest, and it's too obvious, Asue is far too hot for the other candidates; that's why APC is doing everything possible to stop him. Yet they can't; the Edo people are fully behind that man, and their vote will count. If APC isn't challenging you as a party, you know you are either irrelevant, not a threat, or you are secretly working for them. LP is not a contender in the election.
Peter obi is very poor at campaigning. He always doesn't sound convincing at all. Man can put you to sleep with his voice and the way he talks

I love Peter Obi because he will always ask the contesting candidates to come out and tell the people what he or she is going to do for them because they are the ones seeking for people's votes, so my dear you can't expect Peter Obi to come out and speak and campaign vigorously as you may expected on behalf of Akpata, rather it's Akpata's primary responsibility to dig deep and tell his people how he will govern them if given their votes
