When water valve is defective , in order to stop it you need to slow down the water to shut off the water , it’s just the way they work , I forgot to mention it on the video .
So, the valve is always closed (“level 0”-needs no power) except when it’s filling water (“level 1”-needs power to open). When you bent the hose, it stopped water and allowed the valve to close. (to go to “level 0”). Am I right?

Hello I got the e35 code and changed the inlet valve now I'm not getting any hot water.
Did you turn on your water after water valve is installed ?
@@hameedwafaAFG yes I did. Originally I changed the valve because washer was filling up. After I replaced water valve I noticed no hot water.
@@kermitalexander6655 maybe you hooked hoses in wrong way . Or disconnect your water lines and check to make sure your house water is on.
@@kermitalexander6655 also check to make sure your electrical wires are connected properly
