Invest 92L with lower chances of development. New wave could become a tropical storm.

Invest 92L has lost all thunderstorm coverage, and global models are not projecting its development. This is why the National Hurricane Center has reduced its chances of development.
On the other hand, a new tropical wave coming off Africa will be interacting with a low-pressure area and could develop into a tropical depression and tropical storm as it moves through the tropical Atlantic. At the moment, it does not pose a threat to the Caribbean.
