I like Father Timothy Gallaghers on ewtn Ignatius retreat on discernment. It seems to be on at like odd hours sometimes, like at 2am in the morning. But he discusses the spiritual exercises and phase of discernment according to St Ignatius. Father Gallagher is perfect for these discussions because of his humble demeanor and clear words.

Sometimes God needs to hit us over the head with a 2x4 to get our attention and to get us to convert by the hard way, or....a Canon ball in St Ignatius's case.
