@superbmoroccotours5120 thanks, I did find you! Where is your company based? Can we contact/find you when we're in morocco? Was this a 3 or 4 day tour?
My wife and I are traveling across Spain and Africa for a few months. We just found your video and your channel. I wanted to say from one UA-camr to another, this channel is fantastic! It was great getting to see what to expect for in Morocco. Keep up the great work! You got a sub from us
Thank you so much! We really appreciate it. We hope our videos helped in planning your trip. We will have more vlogs and blogs coming out soon about Spain and Morocco on our website andrewandkait.com/2023/01/22/is-morocco-safe-for-travelers/ If you have any questions let us know! Thank you for watching and subscribing!🇲🇦
I've learned through several trips that you can take a jeep to your desert camp, then enjoy a sundown 2 hour camel ride from there. It's the best way to experience the desert. My last trip there, there were serious winds throughout the night. The experience is well worth the time to get there.
A journey by camel through The Sahara - wowza! So cool. Until you took the Jeep. Description of soreness made me think of inner thigh soreness on long strenuous bike rides - must be similar. Feel the pain. I found that the "tent" was so unbelievably unlike what I imagined a tent in the Sahara would be! Thanks for sharing the experience!
glad you enjoyed your sahrawi tour. Looking forward to your next vid. We'll all be more than glad to have you amongst us sonnest, hopefully for a longer stay.
Hi Kait & Andrew, I have chills when seeying this episode, we feel your feelings in this video, the light of the moon and the light of the sun in the morning in the sahara provides the serenity in a chaosed world to cheer these moments... In the this desert your caemls is your Tesla car 😂😂 Kait, how was the camel ride? the camel is a patient animal, he can not drink for many days in the desert. Thank you very much for your video.
Yes, we agree the Sahara was beautiful. We could watch the sunrises everyday and be so happy. the camels were so fun and sweet animals. Thank you so much for watching Youssef. We are glad you enjoyed it. 😊
@@AndrewandKait in your stay in Morocco, you did not visit Fes? Fes is the heart of Morocco, more than 1200 years of history.. May be you can also visit Dakhla in the south of Morocco for surf and windsurf sports, and also know by the best fish and huge lobsters. Waiting your next episode, warms regards.
Beautiful video! I’d love to know the name of the camp you stayed at in the Sahara and the Riad in Erg Chebbi. We are headed to Morocco in September and really looking forward to it!! 🤗
Thank you! How fun - y'all will love it! The tent camp was Sahara Majestic Luxury Camp (www.booking.com/hotel/ma/sahara-majestic-luxury-camp.en.html?aid=2273365&no_rooms=1&group_adults=2) and the Riad in Merzouga was Riad Serai (www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-s1-g304017-d19467534-Reviews-Riad_Serai-Merzouga_Draa_Tafilalet.html) Both were so lovely. Enjoy your trip!
amazing video .can you please tell what was the name of this tent and did you guys take any travel company deal from marrakesh to merzouga and how much was it for ?
Wonderful video. If you were to do it again, would you skip the camp and just do the hotel for 2 nights? We coincidentally have the exact same camp and hotel booked, but wondering if the camp is worth it.
Thank you! I think the camp is worth it for a night to experience the berber culture, but some of the hotels are just beautiful and we could stay for many days at those hotels.
Such beautiful landscapes 😍 I am also planning a trip to Sahara desert, but have concerns about the roadway from Marrakesh to Merzouga: is the trip exhausting? And are there lots of gas stations and roadside cafes along the way?
Thank you for watching 😊 Yes the Sahara is beautiful we had a great time. We took a private car with a guide to the Shara from Marrakesh and it was a two day journey with lots of stops. They had gas stations and towns along the way, but not very many so definitely keep your car full as much as possible. If you’re interested in the road-trip to the Sahara we have a video on that as well. ua-cam.com/video/WgWhw_sQnuc/v-deo.html and we have blogs on our journey through Morocco here. andrewandkait.com/2023/01/22/marrakesh-travel-guide/ If you have any other questions we would be happy to help! Hey guys! Great channel!! Was this your drone footage, and if so, how did you manage to get through all the customs issues? Going to Morocco this upcoming fall, and would love to drone the dunes.
Rats! I was hoping you had a way around that. I see that you can rent drones while you're there if you have the right insurance etc. I did a trip to Nepal last year and managed to get all the right paperwork in order. Pain in the butt though. :)
Every thing was so perfect im moroccan and i wish to visit sahara and live the same situation about the sun shine and the moon camels .... The important for me now is the video about fez the oldest city in morocco more than 9600 alleyways the oldest university in the world the oldest tannery the oldest water clock the oldest psychological hospital.... lot of mysterious things in that city more than 400 handicrafts living with the same way waiting for the video welcome fez welcome.morocco
