100% on board with homeschooling, as a Speech Therapist, I can tell you Franco is meeting his developmental milestones, good job to you two 🥳 Just a tip, separating his school/play area is highly recommended to separate play and learning time. Also, Montessori based activities are great for young children!

Real estate isn't going to lose value or decrease in price. These youtubers don't want small homes, thus, the homes they look into are going to be of higher value. Real estate is an investment if you can afford it, do it. You won't regret it.
