- The United Nations Office of Absolute Bangers gave me a grant of 1,000 Mongolian Tugrik to rank and introduce the history of every national anthem in Asia. This is part 1 of that series.

The name "Azerbaijan March" originates from the Mether band, which is the Turkish/Ottoman band which is first to be created for military marches and to give morale to the armies marching. This anthem means its from nationalist view (military music) and the same thing is for the Turkish anthem, which is also a march (military music). I am Turkish by the way.
The Turkish anthem is not a Mehter march whatsoever. It can be performed by the Mehter band, but it's use and purpose was determined at the creation, to be an anthem.
Include Greece in the next video as it has four islands that are in Asia (watch the whole version that is about half an hour long)
By that logic France would partly be Oceanian, Britain South-American and Spain could pretend to be African. That's not how it works.

You hated Georgian anthem for being from opera and added on that you said that opera is boring and "objectively terrible". Sorry but your ears have grown from wrong place. You don't know "Praise to liberty, liberty be praise" means to Georgians, because you don't know the history. Georgia has always been the target of large empires and we have completely disappeared from the world map at least 4 times. For us liberty has a big value. Before you say your "opinion", learn the history. Georgia isn't named after the US state and our name is related to St. George added to that in Georgian language our country is called საქართველო (Sakartvelo) (the land of Kartvels). You have little to no knowledge what are you talking about in the video.
