I have a problem watching your video and I have a question. I made a 5.5mm gap with the looper when the needle position is 1 and 4. However, after setting the distance of 1m and 0.2mm when the needle hole and the looper move at needle position 1, Again, at No. 1 and No. 4, the distance between the looper and 5.5mm becomes narrower. No matter how hard I try, after physically creating a 5.5mm gap, After setting the gap between the needle hole and the looper again, the gap of 5.5mm becomes narrower. Is this normal?
Hi. once looper distance is fixed at needle position 1 and 4, it will not change basically. it might be some other issue. Because it seems you are using very old Kansai Picotting machine. If your looper holder / needle bar is shaking, then please change necessary parts to solve that shhaking. If you are having skip stitch problem, please check and adjust the tension of spring at the looper (parts no. 19-363-2 and 19-362-2).
