Yeah so the same guy tried to get me. It was super sketchy so I looked supercell email accounts and realized the email he provided was not on the list. you gotta be more careful man. He steals accounts then plays with the top friends of the players account he stole and asks them to 1v1 for free brawl pass. Very disgusting behaviour. There are A LOT of scammers in games, the best way to protect yourself from these morons is to always say no to whatever they want to offer you (if possible report their chat). Since I have 70k🏆 it happens to me sometimes that one person wants to "give me a brawl pass" which is of course a scam to steal my account. One time a random person told me that I won 950 gems (which is clearly false, I never take part in giveaways) and I replied to him since I was nervous that day and I just wanted to farm star tokens with such sentence: "I don't care". Then I unfriended him and took screenshots of that short chat + his account. If you really want a free brawl pass you should partecipate to giveaways of big, famous and trustable content creators like Kairos Time and Lex. You should NEVER trust anyone in this game when they are far too generous to be true and NEVER give away your personal data.

Hey man, I recently got scammed too. Try reaching out to multiple different agents, they each ask different questions. It took me 4 agents until I got my account back. Make sure to know questions like what was the first device you played on,etc.

Man mine did it happen to me for 3 years. So your story is kinda similar to me. A scammer asked me the same question, so he asked me if I want brawl pass, so I said yes. After that, he asked me to log my account and I said, sure and I sadly gave him my account and now he started giving something with my gems and I immediately message to supercell support. But then they permanently banned me because I shared to this scammer and I lost everything man... i lost my rare skins, everything are gone. I can't even play Brawl Stars when I got banned forever.. not even changing my other alt accs or smth, there is nothing I can do man. But after 3 years, I somehow can play brawl stars and I was really shocked and everything change it, so I decided to play my second acc and now I have like 45k, before my main acc was like 32k or smth. Yea that's my story, I learned my mistake now.

What can support do about it? This is a case of someone being ignorant about scams, and Phoenix gave away their account, regardless of whether he knew or not, so there's not much support can do about it.

I had something like this happened to me once but on Roblox, the scammer sent me a fake Roblox website so he could steal my data, I thought it was real because I usually have remember me turned off to protect my account and it looked just like the Roblox page so I typed in my username and password and then right after that the guy sent me my password and I started freaking out and he said send me 2000 Robux or else I will delete your account so I did but now I have my account happily

I had something like this happened to me once but on Roblox, the scammer sent me a fake Roblox website so he could steal my data, I thought it was real because I usually have remember me turned off to protect my account and it looked just like the Roblox page so I typed in my username and password and then right after that the guy sent me my password and I started freaking out and he said send me 2000 Robux or else I will delete your account so I did but now I have my account happily

Bro i can feel your Pain... you made me tear up a bit. a few months back i also got scammed ( but not like you , it was a different method) i worked on getting my acc banned for like 30 days and managed to get it Back...i recently got Phoenix crow on it too.. theres no chance that im losing it now..support is kinda useless but surprisingly did help in my case... but..my acc is 30k.. ur was 80k.. and on top of that even ur other games accounts are gone..
