Thanks for the great video Steve and I’ve learnt a lot about their behaviours from you. I went to Donna Nook several years ago, probably 10 years ago, just before it got ridiculously busy with photographers. Even then there was a lot of ‘photographers’ just walking right up to the seals without any consideration for their welfare, even walking past me while I was lying on the sand to avoid distressing them. Anyways thanks again. All the best for 2021.

Great video Steve, very nicely done and your comments on keeping your distance from the seals is good as lots of people think we are so close to them. Now just a word of warning we have had two people who travelled from Northamptonshire to visit a Norfolk beauty spot have been fined as officers increase enforcement to visit Horsey to see the seals yesterday (Thursday 7 January 2021). Stay safe.

Do you photograph River Otters. Ive been photographing North American River Otters In Virginia USA for the past month with my Z6 Nikon Mirrorless and a 200-500mm Nikon lense.Its been a great experience. I would love to photograph seals. Ive gotten a few shots of seals or sea lions in California on a fishing Dock in Monteray. but Id like to get them on the beach someday.

Gorgeous! I have photographed seals on the Farne Islands, but they didn't have pups at the time. Wonderful animals, and spendlid video and stills.
