🤔I'm also suffering from similar problem. I Just want to share my experience to overcome this suffering. I have cows at my home, my mommy make cows desi ghee and before bed I just put 2 drops in nostrils. I do this 3-4 times a week and get beautiful result. It's much much better now. You can also give it a try.

Bro i do the same process as you do but instead of desi ghee i put two drops of mustard oil in my nostrils twice a day...before taking bath and before sleeping
@@somedrasharma6949I think anything that lubricant would help with this problem. Mustard oil is one of the best moisturizer. Quick massage of full body before bath helps alot.

My tablets are livocitrazin at 6pm, antibiotic ( azithromicine) for 1st 3 days only after dinner. One tablet empty stomach for calming tummy and then very important deflazzacort only for 3 days after breakfast.
Please do not continue these medicine for long period only citrazine can be taken for one week and then consult the effects of medicine with your doctor
