I think this is ridiculous. It's not him singing. We as people got to know eventually all good things come to a end. Except it. Retire and enjoy life. Goes to show you how many singers out there are probably doing this right now. And it's not even their voice. Here comes a time where your voice changes as you get older. Just a part of life.
