This actually sums up everything in life. The answers are always within and you are enough

Thank you dear Ty for keeping this special space of conversation and self exploring, only by which I believe we can bring forth a better human experience in a lost in an Ego dimension world 🙏🏻

Ty you need to create a podcast, discussing yoga themes! with other fellow yogis, we all have different views and interpretations from what we read and study OM

Thank you for the encouragement! I sometimes daydream of podcasting, but I have so many other projects going at the moment. But one day the time will come. I appreciate your support.

I love when you talk about kundalini being something we likely all have experienced, most likely sometime in childhood. I recall what the Qualia Research Institute (iirc) has said about things like joy: it's not linear, it's more exponential in the intensity that things that we really desire arise in us.

As we wake up, our dreams slips away. Our cognitive part remains, the urge of time comes again. We think we are broken, limited, finited. Paganism, Chamanism, Sorcery, Art, Alchemy, Yoga, Sport, Playing an game with hard conditions, growing plants, crafting, building, etc... whatever is the discipline, every discipline is here to break the prison of the mind, the illusion of duality, the illusion of pain and fear. The discipline before letting go. The discipline to remind ourselves we are Infinite in a Infinity, even if we have yet limits. The disipline is where the joy have disappered, where we have to put an effort between dots, creating a line, the Line of Joy.
