I was thinking did he NOT take Rochelle in top 6! I will be massive mistake. But he said her name on the end! Ufff ! Lady is really great. I want live for her.
We can be upset over choices, but you know at the end of the day only 3 get into live shows, and the people we're missing wouldn't have made it. Very hard to decide who will go to live shows, they all have a plus and a minus. If I had to pay $50 for a ticket to see somebody tonight, I'd pay for Jason. And I'd pay $10 to not hear Ryan talk about his pain anymore. Let's here it in the music, man. When Ryan finally breaks out of his shell fully, he's going to be A BEAST.
The wedding singer PLEASE. Daniel or Mick should've passed instead of him. He pisses me off with that closed-eyes-singing and the tear-jerking story GOD I feel like last year USA where Rion was getting through only for her disease:, because, let's face it, the first three perfomances where SHIET. One difference though, she got really better later in the show, while I don't think Ryan is going through to lives. It's a stolen spot.
Ever find yourself writing a big comment, and then the video advances to the next one? I love it when that happens. Sooo, while I was gutted to see Daniel not get picked, he's a little too fresh for this group. He needs another year to sing like a frontman, to make that his rightful place, to make his music and develop his own visual style. I think Foo took the risk of taking Ryan because he's got proven range and a really flexible voice. Lounge crooner to James Brown? Crazy. His problem is now he just has to behave like a performer and stop living in disbelief and shock. There's no question Jason will get through home visits, and I think Reigan is a lock too. I'd have probably taken Daniel over Amali and the math teacher. I agree with Ronan that I don't see the math teacher selling albums, she doesn't have a compelling presentation to me. She can sing but she sings like she still thinks of herself as a math teacher, not a singer. Actually, come to think of it, she sings like she's on stage in a play. And she'd be amazing in that style. Amali doesn't connect with me. She just seems to lack expressiveness in her face, and I guess her voice doesn't reach me. Mick is great but from his comments it felt like he was expecting to be given music that he's already comfortable with. Besides, they're not even doing what they did last year, which was make their singers actually try to sing in a different genre's style.

I hope Danii breakup the current group and pair them up against the opposite group to make a Supergroup like Trill and MagicHoney or Paris Inc and the new girl group and taking out the weak links. I am OK with the judges' choices so far
