As a city kid who fears the great outdoors, this movie is terrifying. It's also terrifying on its own as one of the greatest "less is more" horror movies since Jaws. I get some of the reasons why people don't like it (since a lot depends on your tolerance for shaky cam and actors flipping out on each other), but this has been a favorite of mine since the first time I saw it, and I don't expect that to change.
