Click on the white pitch icon then press ‘’use duplicate players’’ then back out and after the you can press build using template,hope that helps

Nah man. Don't worry about ban. You won't get banned. But this doesn't work anymore either way. EA shut the FC24 companion app down. You can only use the phone app, you can NOT access the companion app on any browsers anymore because it's shut down. Fuck EA
