I'm not a hunter fishermen or forager so this challenge is going to be hard I took out basic kit that I always carry with me in my chest pack on all my camp's over the next 3 days I hunt for rabbits try fishing for the first time did it all work out hopefully you enjoy watching the video 😎😎👍👍

Brilliant vid Jimmy ,I do small fast for 24 hours most weeks , I get energetic after it and break the fast with fruit otherwise I get the trots .. I've gone longer but as you felt the headaches and brain fog are bad . Anyway we'll done on it . The fishing n hunting will come with time ,no guarantees ever . Enjoyable watch ,thanks very much for the effort you put in for us 👍

even though you thought you were prepared , you weren't .! Your so use to having the creature comforts .It's ok having 1 skill set when your in a group .You would be the shelter builder, while others maybe good at gathering food. Everybody knows a little of something to get by with. But....if i was you learn to fish. Frankly those snares sucked. But .... it's all a learning thing & you had a go !!.

Fantastic effort for your first attempt at such a thing . Just a possible idea for a future challenge . Get a small metal container like baccy tin then collect say 10 items to go into the like a small fishing kit that you have put together so you know it won't drop apart . Use three lengths of line with a small float with some small shot and hook at the end , small knife , brass wire snares . Things like snares or fishing kit as 1 item then when you have ten items that you know how to use try the challenge again in different seasons. Good luck with the videos and keep Rooney involved . That was a good watch Bro I saw your post on Facebook today soon as I had time I popped on here to watch . the rabbit holes have a look around for fresh poop!! If you don't see any it could be an old hole!!! You had more chance of getting a fish good tip flatten a plastic bag on ground put a rock on each corner and leave over night then look under it for slugs and worm's for fish bait and you cloud have used them black bags to catch drinking water from that rain . Good Video Bro!!!

Good try Jimmy you never know until you have a go it's all about learning. The only bit of advice I could give you is a bit better fishing kit throw out several lines tied to the bank in different places and deffo different snare wire. Bella watched this with me and said can we do it !!!!! Survival is not for me just the camping !!! She only had her first wild camp last week, took her up Cold Law she loved it, apart from the wind,we had to move down,
This survival game would require practice to catch your dinner,you tried it, you had fun, did a good video so All is good.

Really enjoyed this Jimmy, I think you need some boiled sweets or a couple of sachets of sugar in your survival tin, that would of helped energy wise. It was a good experiment and I've always wondered if I could do 24 hours without food let alone 48 odd... you've done it now mate no need to experience the pain again unless you want to.
