    2:31 The toe kick should be right in the belly button?

      Anywhere soft would be good, certainly the stomach area would be effective. Training should be to kick high, that way you have range to kick anywhere on the body, practicality says the kick should be low for stability.

    Future you is gonna hate that you did this to yourself. Walking when your old is gonna be tough enough without this torture.

      Trust the process hahaha. It takes time to be conditioned to hit with the pointed toes, after a while though (and when practiced properly) it is not painful.
