Spicy grilled catfish has become quite popular in Ghana and Nigeria (most likely in other West African countries as well). There are various joints on the streets that sell this delicacy with fried yam or French fries and a small side of coleslaw. We love to eat it like that sometimes, or with some banku or kenkey...mmmmm so good! In this video, we went to La Côte d'Ivoire...or let's bring it home to Ghana and say the Nzema land...and paired it with some attiéké and the works. A real taste of home! I hope you try this for you and your loved ones. Next time you have company, do wow them with this. It is grilling season afterall!
Ingredients
1 large catfish

1 teaspoon salt (or to taste, but remember the sauce is already well seasoned)

Catfish is something to get used to. In my birth country Belize, who don't eat catfish cause it's a scavenger. My Nigerian friend once cook it for me and it wasn't too bad, it is just the thought, I have to get over it. I will try your catfish dish cause it looks so tasty.
