Had the same problem,but i realised i was pairing it in my bluetooth settings before i was pairing it on the app. Unpair it on your phone in bluetooth settings. Then open the app,select devices,and select your watch

This watch is literally E-waste, the app is junk and has some funny reviews if nothing else. “This app nearly caused me to have an aneurysm, it was awful!” One of the best IMHO. If you are in the market for a device like this then just save up a bit more money and buy one from another manufacturer. If you bought one as a gift for someone, don’t expect them to be very happy with the product. It’s not them being ungrateful, it is just not very good.

Heya, from the hone screen wipe up you should get a menu that has Bluetooth, settings,etc and one of the options is thr brightness option

Mine too it's a pain I didn't expect mutch but thought it would at least tell the time. Crashes when not synced to phone goes back to 12:00

Music does not come out of this watch you can just control it from the watch.
