Really nice video and very well explained. I am 40+. Here is my take on up skilling... On a day-to-day basis, Whatever the situation is ( good or bad or ugly), spending 30 minutes on self study is important. It does not matter what you learn in that 30 minutes, if you are a slow learner then it is even more important to do this daily 30 minutes self learning. as long as you are learning new concepts every day, you are good. Oka sari outdated aithe, it takes lot of time to catch up with these ever emerging tech stack! good luck everyone.
The best thing is to move to managerial roles at the age of 30 or when your exp reaches 8-9 yrs... 6 yrs SM aite, 10 yrs ki Proj manager role ki velpochu, 15 yrs ki line manager, 20 yrs ki delivery manager... technical side unte lifelong treadmill meeda undi running laane untadi.. oka 10 yrs parigettachhu, eventually we will burn out!!
recession unte first non technical managers ne teesestharu! so you will be safe only if you have technical skills! you need to go to technical architect roles instead of non tech manager roles
Every one cant become a Manager because only one person in 10 /20 consultants and also it needs seperate skills where communication with clients and consultants is priority . Moreover , managers role has more pressure than a Consultant as he is responsible for the deliverables of the whole team. Also , manager can survive only in the shadow of his manager. For a Consultant , it all depends on his technical talent.
IT jobs are going to continue to increase... Only problem is with the no. of students coming out with IT degrees are increasing exponentially.. this is causing the imbalance. But in any case, the fittest / talented will survive without any issue.

Any field, updation is necessary for employee except in govt job. You see, for Jr.Asst, Typist, Steno etc in Govt, certificate in typewriting issued by State Board of Tech.Edn is essential. The funniest thing is the SBTET conducts type exams even today ie March 2024 on manual typewriters. Can you find a mannual typewriter being used in any private or govt office in any country of the world? The mind set of government is exempted from updation of technology. What updation is needed for govt employee from Attender to IAS Officer. What updation is needed for MLA or MP. Updation is of course generated in launching scams.

Hi sir I received a tempting offer from Oracle India, but with the current recession and talks of layoffs, I'm torn. I've been in front-end development for 9 years, currently at 20 LPA. The new offer is 35 LPA, but I'm nervous about transitioning to a product company like Oracle and uncertain about my skills fitting in. Any advice or experiences to share? Would love some guidance on whether I should make the switch or stay with the same service company.please reply me❤
