Phenomenal specimen of an 80 series. I think it's great value given the upgrades, dealer options, condition and vehicle history. The only thing is that it's already at 200k miles. In a few years, this thing will hit 300k and doubtful that it will be worth $20k by then. The depreciation might be steep going forward but then again, given the immaculate shape it's in, we're talking about years of worry-free maintenance. That's got to be worth a lot. Awesome channel bro, keep up the great work and thank you for sharing this truck.
Super nice. I'm quite partial to the Collector's Edition because I own one too. The collector's edition was one of the lowest percentages that had front and rear lockers. Luckily mine was one of those few. It looks like on the driver side the badge is missing and also those don't look like the original rims. Collector's Editions had special rims where the inside of the ovals were grayed out. And it looks like that mechanic shop is missing a bolt for somewhere and left it on the air cleaner cover.. haha
@NigelNaughton The Collector's Edition badge is missing from that front driver fender along with the VIN sticker for that same panel. And the fender bolts on both sides appear to have been turned. 🤔
My '96 seems to be in nicer shape for the most part and I have the coveted FR/RR/CT factory lockers, OME lift, Slee fr. bumper and step sliders and a nicer 4+ Rr bumper. Dual Amped sound system with a sub-woofer, Katskin leather and repainted due to the clear coat issue you mentioned... AZ truck so rust free as well... I'd sell it for $40K
There are basically only cream style conditioners for automotive. My wife is into Equestrian, so I have used some saddle oils, which seem to do a good job.

Beautiful example of an 80 series. Too bad I’m not in the market for one. Good luck!
She will find a good home!

Hey CTL, what leather conditioner do you use to soften up cracked 100 series leather

@@CruisingTheLand I’m currently using the Griots leather care spray which is ok but it’s kind of a 3 in 1, and not great at any one thing.
@@brkbtjunkie I like Lexol and another brand I buy that's a UK brand. Smells like leather!
I'd wager that the steering wheel has been recovered. I dont believe thay there is a seam at 6 o'clock.
You are probably correct!
