What if someone has twins in the first pregnancy, and they have a promise of 3 children as per this calculation. will the next child be the final/third one or they can consider the first twin pregnancy as first child, followed by 2 more children?

You did a wrong calculation. First you told any debilitated planets will be female. in example-1, Mars is debilitated in Cancer, so it is a female. But you have taken it as male. Please clarify.
