Synopsis:

The drama and script are pretty good. Def diff than current chinese. It is a small production and have less press, but I think it is pretty drama. Great acting from both stars. He really showcased his cool boss and from cold to warm hearted guy. Like her too. I hope both will get more main roles

They talked about it, in another scene... which means it was set up that way. Nana loves mango, and Shen Manning is allergic to mangoes....Xinya, who's she's pretending to be loves mangoes..
What I don't understand is the girl who ate mango even if she was allergic. If she said "sorry I'm allergic" no one would have blamed her... It doesn't sound rude like maybe saying "I don't like mangoes" so why was she holding back?

Because in the drama, she is a doobleganger. She isn't who she says she is. The person she is pretending to be (the one who looks like her, but isn't her) isn't allergic to mango. She had to prove she wasn't allergic.

@@nofisatkassim9055 true but looking at her condition with the shock like symptoms it doesnt look mild. Fr tho anyone with known/unknown allergy dont take allergic reaction lightly. Ive seen cases where their throat all swell up requiring them to be intubated to save life. It cam go wrong pretty easily and quickly

I'm just about in tears over here, because if it stings, I'm allergic to it and will be unconscious for 2 days once stung, and my daughter, when she was little if you just breathe or touch on her after eating peanuts, she will swell up wherever you made contact. I pretty much bought Benadryl and had some in little baggies, stuffed them in her pocket every day until she was 18.

He gave her epicac or something similar to induce vomiting to remove the allergen from her stomach. She wasn’t anaphylactic she was just experiencing a severe allergic reaction…not as serious as anaphylaxis but more serious than a typical allergic reaction. Shortness of breath, dizziness, & rash do not automatically make anaphylaxis…these are my symptoms when I get stung by a bee but I don’t have anaphylaxis, just a severe allergy. I have a fast acting allergy med I take.

When my kiddo had her first anaphylactic reaction, I also put her in the tub. She broke out in hot, itchy welts and the cool water was soothing.
Looking back, I should have given her Benadryl and taken her to the ER.
Itchiness will ease in the water.
I HATE this drama. I love the couple. Had this series started in a different way where he was kind to her then this would have been a different drama for me. I think he is a good kisser and he really has the capability of doing well in other dramas as that cold CEO. I hope to see him in other dramas but I hated this one. This girl has been beaten by this guy and continues to be beaten by his family and she did nothing wrong and where is he in all on this. I hated this male lead and this IS NOT ON MY BINGE WATCH LIST. Anybody who chooses to watch this is in support of women being hurt.
