Rainn and John, I am not a late to joining The Office fandom. I watched every episode as they aired. I was super sad when it went off the air. 2014 started my rewatch journey. I lost my son who was born prematurely and I couldn’t get out of bed to even brush my teeth. Music made me sad. TV made me sad. One day I decided to try and rewatch The Office. I knew it was 90% fun. It worked it started to help me move. As long as The Office was playing I could move around and do things around my house. I probably watched it three times from beginning to end, only skipping the final episode. My dad passed away later that same year. I kept my life together because of that show. It may seem stupid to anyone else, but as long as Jim was pranking Dwight everything was okay in the world. The show that you were a part of really helped me and i hope you know all of the joy you put into the world.

I binged "The Office" for the first time, starting about 3 weeks ago, and I just finished. I can't explain why it took me so many years to finally watch but, now that I've seen the entire series for the first time, during this pandemic, it couldn't have happened at a better time for me. I needed to see that show, and I just learned that Netflix is going to drop it in 2021, so it was fortuitous in multiple ways.

2020 has been a very difficult year so far for everyone. That said, The Office is helping me through depression and anxiety, I've watched the entire series 2 times now and it feels like home. I see that many many comments say stuff like this so I guess that it's much more common that I thought... I think this is a great thing and Rainn and John (and also obviously everybody on the show) should be very proud. I'd say that if a tv show is so comforting that helps you through the most horrible days, then we can say that it has achieved its purpose. Thank you guys for everything!

Rainn, if you by chance see this, I think it's important for you to know that this is the first time I'm seeing you in your personhood aside from your character on the office, and just from this 13 and a half minute long video alone, my heart has been filled with so much warmth and hope for humanity. Hearing you speak on gratitude for a few minutes lifted my spirits and lead me to a powerful change in my perspectives. On another note, I'm 19, and for one had no idea you had a teenage son, but I also got so emotional when John was speaking on hoping that my generation has some sort of awareness and recognition of this worldwide experience and allow it call us to step further into our strength, and purpose as human beings. I'll speak briefly on the office because well...you were there LOL, but the heart of the show is certainly what has kept me watching all these years. I am grateful for the life I am living during these awful times. I am also very grateful for "The office": I used to work in an office during the pandemic and now I am working at home since a while. This show cracks me up the whole time , but mostly I am DEEPLY grateful for this because it saved me from burnout I was having for my boss. Everyday I was getting worse, then suddenly I have become "Employee of the month" for months in a row(still know, hell yeah!). So, thank you for saved my health. Love you, guys! So f#cking adorable!
I have never watched one episode of the office when it was airing on tv. A few years after all the seasons were aired, i decided to check it out. Ever since then, i have watched it back to back at least a dozen times, it's become my comfort place, my happy place and its always on in the background when i have work to do at home. I can't think of another show i would rather have to accompany me thru my days in the past few years. It will forever have a special place in my heart.
In addition to COVID, I just had my 7th and hopefully final surgery for breast cancer so laughter has been rare for me. I recently binged Parks & Rec, then The Good Place, now I’m binging The Office and it’s filled me with such happy feelings and hope. I’m on Season 4 and I legitimately may have torn some stitches laughing but I’m alright with that. Thank you for being part of the joy and not part of the sadness in this world.

Omg I remember getting that soul pancake book around 2010 or so, and it made me think harder and deeper about life and myself than I ever had before as a teen. I love seeing that soul pancake as a whole is still going and spreading positivity to this day! Off to watch the office for the millionth time :D
YES! The Office is my "go to" show in times of restlessness and anxiety in the past 9 friggin' months! If I can't sit still or find that sweet spot of calm, I go straight for The Office and I can literally, physically feel the anxiety and angst leave my body. Even if it's just playing in the background....it's just "home" to me. From episode one to the last, it's a joy to watch each character develop, to watch the relationships and friendships grow, Dwight and Jim are definitely my favorites, the chemistry is amazing! Thank you!

The Office is so full of charm. Even the characters that had no arch like Creed are so delightful. I love the little character bits like when Dwight got irritated at Meredith as they were secretly plotting a hazing of Holly.
We had not watched The Office until October 2020. Thanks to Netflix we started at the beginning and are savoring every episode, and we're limiting ourselves to two episodes at a time. It's a dark time, but your show is our bright light. Thanks to everyone on The Office. You're wonderFULL humans!

Speaking of happiness, my husband has depression and it's been really bad the past few days. I swear watching the office almost non-stop (sometimes CinnamonToastKen) is the only thing that seems to help him slowly bounce back. ❤
We watch it when ever we have family time on a loop. Remember when Andy said I wish you knew when you were in the good old days! Nice to know that you both and hopefully everyone on the show knows how incredible each of them are and that they have created a show that is not only funny but will be timeless. God bless you all!
My son & I (who is now 5) have watched The Office daily for the last 2 years. It is now a tradition and you are all part of our family in a way.

I finished my first view of the show yesterday and I think it is one of the most amazing, wholesome and crazier things I'll ever watch. I am grateful for the life I am living during these awful times. I am also very grateful for "The office": I used to work in an office during the pandemic and now I am working at home since a while. This show cracks me up the whole time , but mostly I am DEEPLY grateful for this because it saved me from burnout I was having for my boss. Everyday I was getting worse, then suddenly I have become "Employee of the month" for months in a row(still know, hell yeah!). So, thank you for saved my health. Love you, guys! So f#cking adorable!

I have never watched one episode of the office when it was airing on tv. A few years after all the seasons were aired, i decided to check it out. Ever since then, i have watched it back to back at least a dozen times, it's become my comfort place, my happy place and its always on in the background when i have work to do at home. I can't think of another show i would rather have to accompany me thru my days in the past few years. It will forever have a special place in my heart.

In addition to COVID, I just had my 7th and hopefully final surgery for breast cancer so laughter has been rare for me. I recently binged Parks & Rec, then The Good Place, now I’m binging The Office and it’s filled me with such happy feelings and hope. I’m on Season 4 and I legitimately may have torn some stitches laughing but I’m alright with that. Thank you for being part of the joy and not part of the sadness in this world.
When I'm down, I always watch The Office because the amazing people and cast always cheer me up!

I love the office. Every time I'm depressed or sad I watch the office. Also seeing your friendships with your the office cast mates is incredibly inspiring and heartwarming.

It takes me back to a simple time in my life and it was one of the last shows I watched live airings for. You know back when TV was on the actual TV. Omg I remember getting that soul pancake book around 2010 or so, and it made me think harder and deeper about life and myself than I ever had before as a teen. I love seeing that soul pancake as a whole is still going and spreading positivity to this day! Off to watch the office for the millionth time :D
YES! The Office is my "go to" show in times of restlessness and anxiety in the past 9 friggin' months! If I can't sit still or find that sweet spot of calm, I go straight for The Office and I can literally, physically feel the anxiety and angst leave my body. Even if it's just playing in the background....it's just "home" to me. From episode one to the last, it's a joy to watch each character develop, to watch the relationships and friendships grow, Dwight and Jim are definitely my favorites, the chemistry is amazing! Thank you!
I watched the whole series again to see it with my 15 year old grandson. We laughed so much together and it was great! ❤

This is unbelievable. Haven't watched the office in a little bit but i started in 2007 and its the only show ive seen like 15 times through. Theres always something more to laugh at. This is exactly what I needed today and my spirit needed. Didnt even know i had tears built up inside. Thank you guys! This is the best. You are a true Hero!

The Office is so full of charm. Even the characters that had no arch like Creed are so delightful. I love the little character bits like when Dwight got irritated at Meredith as they were secretly plotting a hazing of Holly.
We had not watched The Office until October 2020. Thanks to Netflix we started at the beginning and are savoring every episode, and we're limiting ourselves to two episodes at a time. It's a dark time, but your show is our bright light. Thanks to everyone on The Office. You're wonderFULL humans!

I love how proud you guys are of the Office and that you're happy if that's all people know you for. It's always a little sad when you're a fan of such an iconic show/film and the actors themselves are constantly trying to run away from the project that probably opened up a lot of doors for them. I always underestimated The Office, even having it right in front of me on Netflix. So I decided to find out what it was all about in March of this 2020... Man, I’ve never watched a better show than that. This is my third round watching the entire 9 seasons.
