both are good. On this patch that came out today i think sorcery is much better because they killed absorb life so back to pom + two sorcery runes in transcendence gathering or absolute focus and scorch

Grasp - Can take whenever good rune no matter what essentially. Fleet - Good into champions that have skillshots and you need sustain. Pta/conq - Good into games where its going to be extended fights constantly and the weak early game of them doesn't matter that much

How do u decide what runes go? First u have pta then Fleet
