I'm in Canada and I got a lot from your videos and have used some of your construction suggestions. I make a few for sale and people seem to enjoy them , but buyers don't appreciate the time it takes to make them! I hope you continue with your posts, thanks for your help, Jim

Please keep the information coming. Having woodworking as a hobby can get boring if one does the same project over and over. Plus, it is good to get the ideas of someone like yourself who has made many whirligigs. Any ideas on selling them are very welcome as well. Finished projects do tend to pile up on the bench.....

I appreciate this, thank you. I'm a sculptor looking for a new direction. My grandfather loved them.

I'm watching !! LOL I would like to know the source of the bearings. I can't find anything locally. I've loved whirligigs for years, but never tried making one. Now I'm eager to try since I retired and have a woodshop.

I'm in the beginning of my retirement and I'm making my first one. Your standardization idea is what I'm going for too so I can make a little cash. I would be interested in a starter kit so that I can just follow your standard. I can pay American $$$. I don't do computers but maybe Western Union operates where you are?
