If you can expand this knowledge and export it to South America and other rain forest areas, maybe through education and practice, the forests can be saved by the same people that have to clear cut those forests, just to survive. It is truly noble work.
I have a 214ce but just recently bought a damaged demo Takamine 12 string. I learned how to fix it and did and I'm proud of that but this video has me wishing I'd saved longer and bought a Taylor. This effort is uplifting an entire country and it's people. A model for everyone.
Very inspiring work. Kudos to Bob Taylor and everyone involved in this multi-lifetime project he has spearheaded. I feel even happier to have bought 2 Taylor guitars in 2021 (one koa, and one urban ash), and I now intend to buy one with striped ebony back and sides to support this effort.
