Libra rising…seems like this resonates from my past. Pisces is in my 7th House of partnership so I’m thinking this is an ex from the past who ghosted me. He was off and on for two years and never committed like he claimed he would. Really did me dirty so if he comes around I have no clue how I’d respond.
