For real though 😂 I had full spinal fusion surgery when I was a teenager (everything except my bottom two vertebrae). Long story short, my lower back is always in pain because it’s overworked and the rest of my back is always in pain because it’s too stiff. Basically I need to do a bunch of stretches just to get out of bed, but moving can easily pull a muscle so it’s tricky. So when he said “staying still hurts but doing anything hurts too” I really felt that 😂😂
