Cats the Commander - Garden Eel Quest 7 (Chaos) (No Gacha)

In my eyes, the toughest of month 1-6 of the initial batch. Garden Eels respawn quickly and can protect the boss from your tacklers. The boss also has high defense, so non-crit arrows with low damage will falter against it.
To be clear: The rules I have defined for the 'No Gacha' title are the following:
• I cannot use units, cats or weapons if the only available methods for them are rolling in the gacha using gems or tickets, or purchasing them using real money.
• I must obtain everything without file editing.
Gagnráōr and Tsubaki were obtained through the Ultra Gacha. Even though it is from the Ultra Gacha, it is not file editing and does not cost gems or tickets. Thus, it is permitted for this challenge.
