Yeah because they didn't think people would be stupid enough to do that. And now the UK will lose £100 billion a year for nothing, we are so dead as a country.
@@kumstuke Their independence? How does EU, an institution that has nations directly nominate the leading apparatus of the EU rather than being elected provide the goodwill of the British people? The EU is a corrupt cesspit where liberal masses are buying into, each EU MP earns 100,000 euros annually double compared to the average salary of Germany or France. It has also not economically innovated for the benefit of their members states, quite much the opposite. The European economy is in stagflation and can now only regulate new innovations that comes outside of the EU rather than create new innovation thenselves, funnily enough the EU will mostly be the first institutions to severely regulate things that are not created by them. But its alright! Tens of billions of dollars to Ukraine that are going to the pockets of Zelensky will help invigorate the European economy. After all, Western tabloids supports this exact agenda.
So now 3 years after UK left, has the deals been worse for EU than for UK? As a Swede I have not noticed it back home but while living in UK I still hear about the Brexit aftermath. What was the thing about Ireland for example? Brexit managed to make the two only leave-parties in the Swedish parliament abolish their leave campaigns. That is what Brexit did for Sweden, so thank you.
Not much has changed really for us. We’ve still got dreadful politicians running this country (both leave and remain voting politicians might I add) but generally I’ve not noticed too much difference since we left the EU. Glad to be out though, we weren’t fully onboard with what the EU wanted to do and constantly had to ask for opt-outs and reforms. It was better for all parties that we left and do our own thing, and the EU can be left to do its own thing. I still believe that the eurozone will eventually collapse as Germany and France can’t keep propping up the weaker eurozone states in the south, but I suppose time will tell. As a Swede though I must ask, do you not find it strange that your neighbour Norway doesn’t want full membership? Even little old Iceland doesn’t want anything to do with it. I know both countries maintain friendly and close relations with the EU, but why have they kept their distance when it comes to full membership?
@@viewfromtheanglo4334 Regarding the question about Norway the answer is simple: oil. They don't want to jeapordize their control over this huge resource. However, it is worth remembering that they still obey to EU rules because of the agreement that they (and Switzerland, Iceland etc) have with EU. I forgot the name of the agreement. Regarding the eurozone, I think it is safe for some time ahead. For the first time since 2008 the debate if Sweden should have the Euro or not has started to emerge again because the swedish Krona is so weak. Look at the lady’s face behind Farage when he said that they haven’t had a 9-5 job in their life at the 2:00 mark. She couldn’t believe her ears when he said that. Funny stuff! 😂
Visiting this speech again, it made me laugh...., at Farage that is. He gleefully declare others will follow Britain's lead. Look now, they want back in. This what self importance look like. You think others will follow your lead and then you fall flat on your face. The high minded pompous nature of his speech make him look evven more like the fool he is.
The fact he started his speech making a school playground comment around ego and "i told you so" rhetoric says everything you need to know about him and his motives. It was always about his own personal goals, and once he achieved them, he rubbed it in their face like a child then fucked right off. And where is he now? Oh right, he became a campaign partner with fellow corrupt slimeball Donald Trump, and has been hanging around in the US since we left the EU. What a coincidence - he had his small personal victory and then moved on without a care in the world for the negative impact it will have on the UK for generations to come. All the uneducated bigoted morons in this comment section loving his speech even today apparently have not realised he's abandoned them after selling fake promises and ruining the country's future. If he was so right and Brexit is so good, then why did he leave and not look back?? Especially when Brexit has achieved nothing positive so far - it's not like his job is done is it? He fucked the UK then ran off like a deadbeat dad.
About wanting back in, I respectfully disagree. There are those who say that knowing what they know now, they would have voted Remain. However, for many Remainers, myself included, the attitude is that we have to accept the result and make the most of a bad hand. The result is the result. It's called democracy
He did every ditherer in every other EU country a huge favour in pushing Brexit through. Within months they were denying it ever crossed their mind to leave ( like a lot of leavers now do, esp if they have moved). The disaster of brexit is apparent even to the most ardent Brexiteers who hate it being brought up in public debate. In short they had nothing to shout about pre referendum except lies and the reality is project fact.

No. All of the EU nations have over 70% approval of the EU, most of them well over 80%. A dismantlment of the EU won't happen, whatever farage says.
You guys are getting sadder and sadder every year
Nope not realy
"You must be the change that you wish to see in the world." -- Mohandas Gandhi.
Lmao Nigel trolling on em all
Disrupting an economy. The European Parliament is meant to be discussing trade and resolving economic problems. Farage really has stopped parliament. The UK parliament at the time was chaotic. Nothing was organised.
Brexit is detroying the UK
He was trolling the british people by making them believe it would be much better leaving the E U
Now he’s complaining about broken britain. He is a asshole
4 years later after Your comment seems like everyone who supported Brexit trolled Your country now didnt it?
He trolled em all indeed... UK citizens that is.
You are a legend Nigel Farage....................destroy the E.U.
And now he’s being booed in the U.K. funny how things turn out.
Hero ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Britain 🇬🇧 NEEDS Reform!! Love Nigel Farage so much! What a hero!!!!!
Now it is the EU who laughs while watching the uk sinking
I’m sorry but explain how that is true.. it’s not even nearly true.. other than Germany, which EU state is doing well? Explain the metrics which mean the UK is failing?
@@mattoniy2840 None of them are - OP is drinking the kool aid. UK is a shambles in many ways right now, but due to it's own inept government, which is democratically voted for by its people. The conservatives are behaving like clueless rats, but at least we'll be able to be vote them out in 6-7 months. EU member states can enjoy their status quo, good, bad or ugly.
Based on the recent EU elections, your comment aged like milk
@@ssrgamer3406 The elections do not cancel the inferiority of a country run by the Tories and destroyed by Brexit
@@giani1680your willingly wanting to join the far right EU? Ok
Nigel Farage has done no good.
Who is laughing now?
Hope the currency drops so vacation will be Cheaper
LOL, this didn’t age well! Guess the European Union might now go the way of the Soviet Union like soros worried about. Fantastic!! Hope for us all.
Nigel behaving badly and look who is laughing now. Nigel was the king with no clothes but he had no idea the disaster that he created.
This didn’t age well for the lefties.
Nigel Farage is a legend 👍 And No deal! 👍
How will you trade? And how will solve the issue of N.I?
@@dalew5049 You didn't actually answer the question. How will you trade? And how you will solve the issue of N.I?
@@desoliver9712 I think i explained myself very well actually 👍 Maybe read again? And im sorry but your really not high on my list of priorities.. us hard working Brits who voted OUT! Have not got the same luxuries as the massive majority of none working leftie voters! We are the backbone of this country, and pay the very taxes you lefties love to give away! Everything for free! That's not the way the way the world works.. and if the left ever gets complete power we would be bankrupt in months! So sorry if i got more important things to do other than keep responding to an ignorant hypocritical leftist moron Like yourself 👍 Who is not really after the answers.. not after the facts.. as you well know you loose every time with them. Your obviously just a sad cry baby remainer with no dignity, no facts, and no pride in OUR country! But to answer your questions before and as my views are shared with Rees Mogg.. and the FACT he's done quite a few wonderful videos answering your very questions.. I thought pointing you in the right direction so you can get the same answer, just from someone a bit more experienced in politics than myself.. and if the answers are really what your looking for.. Iexplained Rees Mogg has the perfect answer to your questions. Aw bless you really are desperate aren't you? You really got nothing!Don't worry you will see how we leave very soon 👍 No deal is on it's way 👍
@@dalew5049 Can you answer my questions? How will you trade? And how will solve the issue of N.I?
Cant wait to see your economy crumble and the UK dissolving.
funny seeing this video along with a video titled
""Brexit has failed," Nigel Farage admits | LBC" below this
They are like "no uk leave eu they bad because they doing independent things
Pure pleasure to listen again to all this crap. Every single prediction was wrong, and instead, the venom was taken back home, for all in Britain to enjoy now. Thank Nigel!
Keep crying snowflake 😅
another EU loving traitor - if you want to be governed by unelected foreigners, then I suggest you bugger off there.
Embarrassing.
It must be hard being the freaking savage
This aged like milk 😂
Like wine you mean?
Schulz having to act like a schoolmaster in front of a crowd of unruly children.
The man is finished now 😂😂
Look at the lady’s face behind Farage when he said that they haven’t had a 9-5 job in their life at the 2:00 mark. She couldn’t believe her ears when he said that. Funny stuff! 😂
ha ha ha come on really they'll miss this guy if he actually leave's this place it'll be bland and boring no doubt
I'm italian and, infortunately, the european parliament doesn't really Matter. We'll support you from Italy!
Colour me surprised.
Well, they are not booing now! LOL!
In the words of Maggie Thatcher, "They're a weak lot some of them in Europe you know. Weak. Feeble".
About wanting back in, I respectfully disagree. There are those who say that knowing what they know now, they would have voted Remain.
However, for many Remainers, myself included, the attitude is that we have to accept the result and make the most of a bad hand. The result is the result.
It's called democracy
The fools are the ones to let the unelected EU run their lives
Martin Schulze is seeing his milk cow dying.
Booed? He absolutely murdered them with his speech
And he absolutely murdered the British economy
I hate the EU. I'm glad UK left it idc.
“Brexit has failed!”
N. Farage, 2023
😅😅😅
Really not laughing now
look who is laughing now.
So in the last 40 seconds Nigel Farrage just admitted how beneficial the EU is to the UK!!
Indeed! 😅😅😅
Nigel: Look mum, I done a big Brexit.
02:04 I love the reaction of the MEP at Desk122 when she gets the '.. never done a proper job ..' translation in her earpiece. Unusual to hear someone speak truth to power, lol.
