I live in Hawaii. I’ve been stung by a scorpion at least 15 times. It’s literally basically like being stung by a bee for me because fun fact, a lot of scorpion stings are not dangerous unless you’re allergic
rule of thumb for bears. If it’s brown lie down (play dead) if it’s black fight back (nose is especially sensitive area) if it’s white say good nigh (if a polar bear sees you, you don’t have a chance. do not run that is what tells a bear you are prey. as you walk through the forest, make noise. bears usually don’t actively hunt humans
There is a simple saying about bears and what to do when encountered: “If it’s brown, get down. If it’s black, Fight Back, and if it’s white, say goodnight.”
Washington State resident here, bringing you an update on the Asian Giant Hornets. they did NOT like our cold, rainy weather, so they were relatively easy to hunt down and destroy. ^^ we are safe! (it also helped that our local wildlife saw them as delicious lunch lol)
A black mamba can move at 15mph and their bite is always fatal unless treated quickly, I mean like within an hour or less. They will go out of their way to bite and have been known to leap from trees on people if disturbed. Their brothers the green mamba have been known to do the same though I’m not so sure they just slip and happen to fall on you. Either way I wouldn’t want to test it.
Black mamba is called the three-step snake for a reason. If you get bit multiple times, chances are, you'll make it three steps and you're dead. Scary snake.
I just watched a video of a black mamba that killed a lion and even after the lion died the mamba crawled up to it and bit four more times. Think about that. The lion took at least an hour to die and that means the mamba just watched and literally waited till it was dead to approach and bite it over and over. If that’s not the most frightening snake in world for aggression I don’t know what is.
Here is an easy way to tell if a scorpion is highly venomous or not: their front pinchers. If they are heavy like lobster claws, the scorpion uses them to crush its prey and relies less on its venom. If they are slender, like on the death stalker, the scorpion relies on its venom to subdue its prey. This doesn’t mean you should try picking up less venomous scorpions with your bare hands. The sting will still hurt.

Centipedes are on our side: "These seemingly unwanted bugs are actually extremely helpful in destroying pests such as moths, flies, roaches, silverfish, and termites. Centipedes kill their prey with a “lassoing” technique that involves jumping on their prey and wrapping them around with the rest of their legs, scooping up the bug." -- accuratepest

Well- not really, I went to the everglades, and saw peacocks, gators, and a few egrets. I also went to a soccer game! Baseball, too. Im not a baseball game, lol. Wait! Hold on! In the last story about the funnelweb spider, you said it could bite through leather. So what good would it have done that guy who stuck his hand in the drain if he had gardening gloves on??!! ✌😎👌
It will be extreme
The blue one looked pretty cool to be fair 4:32
30 seconds
Edit: and imagine the tarantula hawk wasp laid an egg in you
They put the parasitic wasp on an episode of teenage mutant ninja turtles a mutant one and the terrified look on my little sister's face when she turned to me and said. It's not real right? And I said the wasp ? yes it's real her face looked like this 😮 although it did look at least 7/8 foot and 1foot of it was stinger. Only on teenage mutant ninja turtles right?
1:05 oh no I got to vomit * vomits all over the scorpion*
XD
I have seen a Black widow Spider once in my life. It was on a wood pile. I poked it with a stick and it jumped at me. I don’t remember if I killed it or let it go on it’s way.
did you want to die or something?
why the everlasting fuck would you purposely poke a black widow spider?
Cool channel I been subbed awhile now apparently and just checked this one out. Very cool indeed 😎👌
Years ago I was staying on the Navajo reservation in New Mexico, sleeping in a tent outside my mom's (now ex) boyfriend's parent's house. When it came time to leave, I packed up the tent and a camel spider crawled out from under it. I'd never seen anything so creepy in my life.
That’s what happens in the desert.
the tape worm makes my skin crawl
LOL, I had to rewatch the Tailless Whip Scorpion because I thought he said the Taylor Swift Scorpion 🤣
There is a song that some guys jokingly made called 'Come to Australia (deadly animals)' and they list our deadly animals and say you just might get out killed
Who else noticed the one with the four bears that was a reference to South Park it had Kenny Stan Kyle and Cartman
Opens lid > sees Black Mamba. Closes lid > turns on gas to full > presses ignite button. Problem solved.
I always enjoy your show and i can see the dedication and hard work you put into them💜
just a disclaimer, if you pickup a stressed millipede, it can release CYANIDEon t9 ur hands (that’s right, CYANIDE) so make sure to wash ur hands after .
Centipedes are like the evil brother of millipedes
Centipedes are on our side: "These seemingly unwanted bugs are actually extremely helpful in destroying pests such as moths, flies, roaches, silverfish, and termites. Centipedes kill their prey with a “lassoing” technique that involves jumping on their prey and wrapping them around with the rest of their legs, scooping up the bug." -- accuratepest
No, you should really not avoid any of these animals at all, every single one of these animals are magnificant on each their own way, they have such amazing traits, and they deserve to be recognised by it, of course do be cautious, do observe from a safe distance, but do not be scared
Thank you ❤
Just me or anyone else ran away after seeing these 😂
Gloves wouldn't protect you from the Sydney Funnel-Web spider. The little creature would just bite through them.
How many from Australia? 🍻
Australia is my home
Wow! 8 months and only 7 people?!!
I think there are far more, but they do not want to admit they are from Australia 😆
@@jessicapearson9479 Dunno why. They're pretty vulgar and abrasive. Why wouldn't they want to see their pets get the spotlight?
@@timdavis791 🤠 Howdy from Texas.
A friend of ours actually found one of those underneath their staircase. Luckily no one was hurt, but that doesn't mean that isn't scary. South Africa is not for the faint of heart.
I quite like snakes as they sometimes hunt spiders. Luckily for me living in the UK I haven't come across anything deadly...... yet. Been bitten by a common house spider though, that hurt but it was a common house spider. Didn't do much damage. My own fault for trying to pick it up to put it outside. It was the size of a 50p piece (with the legs involved aswell)
1:57 I hate them 2:14 Um 😕 no thanks 3:06 me and you both brother 8:07 I found one on my steps a long time ago 9:18 me and my family went through cades coves in Tennessee and saw a bear tied up to a tree 16:09 yeah mine 16:28 me and my family says that all the time I think I’ve seen one before another aquatic animal I should avoid is sharks that’s why I never go into the ocean or at least in the deep the only time I’ve been in it was to get sand dollars and it was near the shore I hate them
She "whacked him off" and he still attacked her - seems a bit ungrateful.
The funnel web spiders are the most scary one
I will not be sleeping tonight
Call my lawyer
Especially after the cobra part where it bit the camera. It jumpscared all of us.
Don't be a wuss. Lol. It's just a video.
I saw a centioede in my backyard once but it was chill and left me alone
I used to live in Arizona and thought finding tarantulas on my patio was horrifying enough. Then I found a tarantula hawk wasp on my patio. Anyway, I live in Wales here and there's literally NO horrifying wildlife here.
Huge change in location
*Camel spider part ended*
BE AMAZED: so avoid at all cost
my brain: Plot twist, the camel spider wants some friends
You need to check out the Phillipines zoo archives a decade ago they had a 24 foot saltwater croc, even first hand witnesses saw a 30 foot croc
Aww thats nice, the mozzies dont want us to fell pain ❤😊
The itchiness is so annoying though, it's coming spring here in Australia and the mozzies are coming out

uh sir this is not a video to sing red sun in the sky this is a be amazed video
🤔 Black mamba snake lounging on the grill... Nope I'm not even hungry anymore even if we're eating out 😂😂
Am I crazy or does everyone kinda feel this way?: whenever I watch a be amazed video, I feel like me and the narrator are best buds just hanging out
A few months ago, I went to Biscayne Bay, in a hotel with a perfect view, seeing the bay, and the Atlantic Ocean. A few days later, I saw bumps in the water, I also saw one jump, they got.. closer over time. So, when I left, I was glad. Well- not really, I went to the everglades, and saw peacocks, gators, and a few egrets. I also went to a soccer game! Baseball, too. Im not a baseball game, lol. So it was the best!

Camel spiders aren't harmless to humans, well.. not always. When threatened, they don't always fight back. Camel spiders are chill. Extremely chill. They only fight back when they are *SERIOUSLY* threatened.
I know you explained this later in the video, but I just wanted to clarify.
