If you go to the three dots on the lower right corner on mobile, then you can click on ”groups” and ”create group”

Do not advertise your games or clothings using roblox ads, you will make much more profit off apps like tik tok, twitter
If you have a good enough CTR at first it can work well to use ads at first, but you can definitely get more reach with tiktoks.
