Being from the U.S. I certainly have no right to question what the MOBO's is Suppose' to represent -But my opinion is from everything I've read & Heard Jessie say in interviews -The MAJORITY Of Her musical influences have been 'Black ' & 'Soul' Artists -and undeniably Jessie is an AMAZING Artist THANKS to ALL Those influences and therefore deserves recognition by the MOBOs !!! Similarly in the US. There are current Artists getting Accolades & getting Awards from BET etc. they shouldn't simply because they went with a popular genre (Rap) because that's where the the money is currently!! I won't name names we all know who ! THAT'S VERY WRONG BUT IN JESSIE CASE IT's VERY RIGHT SHE BE RECONIZED IN THE MOBOS' We have to respect what's in people's heart NOT just by their outward color:))
