Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Flour (180g)
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
- A pinch of Salt
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Castor Sugar (50g)
- 1/3 Cup Brown sugar (65g)
- 1/3 Cup Oil (75g)
- 1/3 Cup Yogurt (90g)
- 1 1/4 Cup Mashed Banana (200g) 3 biji
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder (20g)
- 1 Tbs Hot water

Instructions
1. Line baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside. Preheated the oven 170C.
2. Sift together flour, baking powder & baking soda in a bowl. Add in salt, stir to combine. Set aside.
3. In another bowl, whisk egg & sugar together. Then, add in oil, vanilla extract, yogurt & mashed banana. Mix to combine completely.
4.Add in half the flour mixture, stir to combine (don't overmix). Then add in the remaining flour mixture. Stir to combine (don't overmix).
5.Take half of the batter & sift in cocoa powder. Stir to combine.
6.Pour the batter into the lined baking pan. Bake it at preheated oven (170C) for 50-60 minutes.
7.Take it out from the oven when skewer comes out clean.
8.Let it cool down completely before slicing it.

Klo tak punya yogurt d ganti sm apa kak
Boleh ganti dengan pisang. Tambahkan pisang dengan sama jumlah yogurt.
